Frequently Asked Questions
Can I run an online Khmer class on ReanKhmer?
Yes. A teacher creates a classroom, shares its join code, and assigns lessons from the ReanKhmer curriculum. Students work through the lessons at home or in class, and the teacher sees each student's progress.
Does ReanKhmer teach live Khmer classes?
No. ReanKhmer is the course and classroom tools; your teachers lead the class. Many Cambodian temples, Khmer schools and community organizations run classes, and they can use ReanKhmer for lessons, homework and progress tracking.
How much does it cost for a school or community group?
Organizations license ReanKhmer so every enrolled student gets Premium. Pricing is set per organization, so contact us through the support page with your number of students.
What age are the lessons for?
The lessons work best for learners aged 8 and up who can read English. Younger children do well with a parent or teacher alongside them, using the games and flashcards.
Do students need to read Khmer already?
No. The course starts with the Khmer script, every consonant and vowel, so a class can include complete beginners and heritage speakers who understand spoken Khmer but cannot read it yet.
